A growing regional law firm is opening a new London office and is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to help build and develop its disputes practice.

The Role:
* Advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, and partnership matters
* Manage claims from pre-action advice through to litigation and enforcement
* Support wider firm teams on corporate, regulatory, and advisory matters
* Play a key role in shaping and growing the London litigation offering

You:
* 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation
* Strong business development and client relationship skills
* Comfortable managing high-value, complex disputes
* Commercially minded, proactive, and keen to build a practice with the support of an established regional firm
