As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading complex commercial litigation cases. You will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, representing clients in high-stakes disputes, and mentoring junior solicitors. This role requires a solicitor with extensive experience in commercial litigation, a strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Managing a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, and more.
– Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
– Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
– Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
– Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
– Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
– Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff.
– Contributing to business development initiatives, including networking and participating in industry events.

Requirements:
– Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 8 PQE in commercial litigation.
– Proven experience in managing high-value and complex commercial litigation cases.
– Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to provide pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
