A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join its well-established and ambitious dispute resolution practice. This is a strategic senior appointment offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes while helping to shape the future growth of the team within a supportive and progressive firm.

The Role
You will play a key leadership role within the commercial litigation team, advising a broad client base that includes corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing complex commercial litigation matters from initial advice through to resolution
• Handling high-value disputes including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and commercial fraud
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development strategy
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior lawyers
• Supporting firm-wide initiatives and contributing to the strategic direction of the dispute resolution department
• Representing the firm in networking and profile-raising activities

• Experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Partner level or Senior Associate ready to step up
• Proven track record in handling complex, high-value commercial disputes
• Strong business development capability and client following (or the ability to build one)
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and client management skills
• Commercially minded, strategic, and ambitious
