As part of the firm’s renowned Commercial Litigation team, you will oversee significant commercial disputes, managing high-profile cases involving contract issues, shareholder disputes, business partnerships, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including complex contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, and other high-stakes business-related disputes.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, helping to shape the future of the team while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and team development.
• Work closely with clients to develop effective strategies, providing strategic advice and overseeing case progress.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s commercial litigation offering, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm by identifying new business opportunities and engaging in networking activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a proven track record in managing complex disputes and ideally with experience of leading a team.
• Strong expertise in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contracts, shareholder disputes, and business-related conflicts.
• Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor others.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex legal matters while delivering practical solutions for clients.
• A strong business development focus, with a track record of successfully attracting and retaining clients.
