Commercial Litigation 10 + PQE
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join this leading law firm in London. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property disputes. You will have a strong track record of success in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
You should have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE in commercial litigation, with a strong understanding of commercial law and litigation procedure. You should be an excellent communicator and negotiator and be able to work independently and as part of a team
