Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a primary focus on insurance work.
• Advise and represent clients in complex commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, and insurance coverage issues.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
