They are now seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate to join their dynamic team in Leeds or Hull.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a primary focus on insurance work.
- Advise and represent clients in complex commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, and insurance coverage issues.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in handling litigation matters.
