A very exciting opportunity for a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join an incredible, well-established law firm in Devon.

This is an excellent role for a confident Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a motivated and ambitious outlook and a solid ground in Dispute Resolution. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high-quality matters. The workload will consist of Commercial Disputes, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Asset & Debt Recovery, Professional Negligence, Property Disputes.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of commercial litigation law and be capable of managing their own caseload, in a wide range of cases including but not limited to commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, contentious probate, shareholder and director disputes, and housing disputes.
