About the role:

Position: Commercial Contracts.

Location: Manchester

Firm: Forward thinking, well-established firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply agreements and partnership agreements.
• Advising clients with contract disputes.
• Building and maintaining string client relationships by providing exceptional legal advice and service.

• 3+ PQE in commercial law.
• Excellent communication skills with client-centered approach.
• Be a high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
