A respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing claimant-side team. Role Overview:

You’ll handle a broad range of clinical negligence cases, including misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, and delayed treatment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own caseload from instruction to resolution.
• Supporting senior solicitors on complex, high-value claims.
• Engaging with clients, medical experts, and counsel.
• Contributing to business development and team growth.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ PQE or qualified CILEX with solid experience in clinical negligence.
• Strong technical skills and client care abilities.
• Team player with ambition and a proactive attitude.
