Position: Casualty Fraud Solicitor

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of matters including Housing disrepair, Property Damage, and Personal Injury.
• Engage in business development activities to contribute to the firms growth.
• Running the day to day of your cases, including liaising with clients, opponents, court and witnesses.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 4-years PQE with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage and run your worn caseload with minimal supervision.
