The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this role offers exposure to complex and high-profile capital markets work, including:

• Advising issuers, underwriters, and investors on equity and debt capital markets transactions
• Acting on IPOs, secondary offerings, placings, and rights issues
• Advising on listed company compliance, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance
• Drafting and reviewing prospectuses, circulars, and regulatory announcements
• Supporting cross-border transactions and working closely with colleagues across corporate, banking, and regulatory teams
• Assisting with business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in capital markets or corporate transactional work
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
