Associate/Senior Associate, Leveraged Finance, Magic Circle, London

The head of dept for this Magic Circle firm in London is looking for a 5+ PQE associate to join his team. The role will involve high-level work in multi-track financings and complex capital structures, incorporating various financial instruments such as syndicated term loans (TLB), high-yield bonds, unitranche loans, mezzanine financing, second lien loans, payment-in-kind (PIK) instruments, and other holding company (holdco) financing.
