A rare opportunity with great potential for a recently qualified to mid-level Solicitor to develop a specialist in agricultural matters at a substantial regional law firm.
There is some flexibility with experience levels here, and we would encourage applications from junior up to mid-level candidates. You will be undertaking a wide range of real estate work including, the sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms and estates, rural land development schemes, agricultural and business tenancies, farming partnerships, renewable energy projects and mineral leases. Working with a range if clients to include farmers, investors in land, trustees and owners of landed estates, and other rural property owners.
