The Role

You will manage a broad caseload of agricultural and property disputes, including:

• Agricultural tenancy disputes and farming partnership issues
• Landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial)
• Rights of way, easements, and boundary disputes
• Contractual and land ownership issues
• Agricultural land development and planning disputes

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3+ years’ PQE in property litigation or agricultural disputes (guide only)

• Ambitious and proactive, with leadership potential at Senior Associate level
