How to attract top talent at Christmas and into the New Year

Here’s some advice to law firms hiring.

Offer the best salary / package you can.

Candidates have multiple options and are currently being offered inflated salaries.

Speed will ensure you secure top talent.

(Some of my clients are telling me they have seen one good cv in 6months)

Clear diary space to see candidate asap and keep recruitment at the top of the agenda.

Sell your role to the candidate, find out what’s important to them for the next move.

Ensure you have a usp to stand out from other firms as it’s a very busy / competitive market.

Expect and plan for candidates to be counter offered.
