About the role:
Position: Casualty Fraud Solicitor
Location: Manchester
Firm: Award Winning, top 100 law firm
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of matters including Housing disrepair, Property Damage, and Personal Injury.
- Engage in business development activities to contribute to the firms growth.
- Running the day to day of your cases, including liaising with clients, opponents, court and witnesses.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 4-years PQE with relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and run your worn caseload with minimal supervision.
