Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and attend court hearings as required.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Criteria:

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in family law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of family law cases with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court proceedings.
