Private Client Head of Department Solicitor – Dorset

We are looking for an experienced Head of Private Client to join our highly regarded and long-established Dorset based Client. They are looking for an accomplished, disciplined and client focused candidate who can lead the Private Client Department.

You will be expected to handle a substantial caseload in accordance with the relevant protocols. You will be expected to provide legal advice to both current and potential clients as well as assisting other departments within the firm when needed. You will demonstrate an ability to provide high quality, practical advice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of Private Client work.

• Lead and manage the Estate Administration Department, ensuring efficient operation and delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to fee earners and support staff within the department
• Able to build relationship with clients and to encourage referral of further business to the firm.
