Regulatory Solicitor (Safety, Health & Environment)
interested in candidates who have experience of dealing with regulatory issues for clients and ideally have experience in contentious and non-contentious environmental cases including advising organisations on prosecutions by the Environment Agency and National Resources Wales; environmental permitting; waste management; water pollution and providing support to companies on risk management and on corporate and real estate transactions.
There would also be opportunities to advise organisations in relation to investigations and prosecutions by other regulators including the Police, Health and Safety Executive, and Local Authorities. We deal with all aspects of advice and defence. We have a busy practice instructed in a number of high profile investigations and in cases involving a range of health and safety, environmental and other regulatory breaches.
