We have a new opportunity for a forward-thinking Lawyer with a solid understanding of Employment matters to joining a highly regarded firm in South Wales.
They are looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to assist with the ongoing development of the department and firm. This is a great opportunity with real potential for you to progress rapidly in your career. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years PQE with a proven track record working at a well-respected firm, but they can accommodate up to a much more senior level.
You will be dealing with matters such as early conciliation with ACAS, Employment Tribunal proceedings, director/shareholder disputes, settlement agreements, TUPE, discrimination, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal.
