Private Wealth Associate – 2 Years+ PQE

An outstanding opportunity for a Private Wealth Disputes Solicitor to work for a leading legal 500 regional law firm based in Guildford. My client is a well-established law firm looking for a new and enthusiastic member of their private client team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a team of highly respected lawyers considered experts in their field.

Your caseload will include a broad and varied mix of Private Wealth work including giving advice to trustees /executors, private banks, individuals and charities across a diverse range of trust, family and will/estate disputes. You will be dealing with a substantial client base including business owners, HNW/UHNW families, clients with cross border issues and complex estates.

The ideal candidate will be professional, articulate and be capable of building and developing relationships both internally and externally. You must also be capable of engaging with entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses; you will be excellent at client management and communication skills are essential,
