This is a great opportunity for a solicitor, legal executive or paralegal with at least 2+ years‘ experience in personal injury matters to join our bespoke practice. The successful fee earner will be expected to handle a varied caseload of personal injury matters, whilst delivering outstanding client care.

For the right candidate we will consider a hybrid/remote working arrangement.

Responsibilities

Handling own caseload of personal injury matters from initial instruction to conclusion
EL and PL
Multi-track and fast-track
RTA claims
Assessing liability and evaluating quantum
Obtaining and considering medical records
Negotiating settlements and defending claims
Instructing counsel
Attending court hearings and trials
Drafting pleadings, applications, and orders
Liaising with clients and other professionals
Ensuring compliance

The Candidate

Solicitors, legal executives and fee earning paralegals with at least 2 years’ PQE
Solid experience in personal injury matters is essential
Ability to handle own caseload under minimal supervision
IT proficient
Excellent client care and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Keen analytical problem-solving skills
