Probate Partner – Kent – Legal 500 firm

An exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm.

There is some flexibility here, and candidates who can demonstrate the skills needed to perform the role are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have exposure to a breadth of good-quality, interesting work that feeds in through the firm’s offices. The role will cover probate and estate administration, probate costs and time frame, inheritance will & trusts disputes

The role also provides opportunity for involvement in business development and the successful candidate will be encouraged to develop client relationships and actively look for business development opportunities. Hybrid and part-time working arrangements available.

You will need to have been trained at a respected firm, with good quality experience and an established background in contentious probate. You should have experience of managing your own contentious probate caseload.
