The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including:

• Deputyship applications for property and financial affairs
• Ongoing deputyship management and reporting
• Applications relating to health and welfare
• Advising attorneys, deputies, family members, and professional bodies
• Working with vulnerable clients and their families with care and sensitivity
• Preparing applications, reports, and correspondence for the Court of Protection
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Court of Protection experience
• Strong technical knowledge of mental capacity law
