Commercial Property Lawyer – Midlands

A well-established Midlands-based law firm is seeking to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing commercial property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a solid commercial property background to undertake a varied and high-quality caseload within a friendly and collaborative environment.

The Role:

You will be responsible for handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Sale and purchase of commercial property

• Sale of business assets

• Sale of property at auction

• Secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages

• Landlord and Tenant matters, including:

  • Leases and renewals

  • Licences to assign, sublet, and alter

  • Surrenders

• Pension scheme transactions, including in specie transactions

• Land Registry applications, including first registrations and assistance with adverse possession

• Dealing with Section 25 notices

• Acting on behalf of management companies

About You:

• Qualified solicitor or legal professional with experience in commercial property

• Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial property matters

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

• Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision

• Commercially aware and client-focused

• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
