The Role

You will handle a varied family law caseload, providing high-quality legal advice and services to clients. The role will involve:

• Managing and progressing your own caseload with minimal supervision

• Providing expert legal advice tailored to client needs

• Advising and representing clients with sensitivity and professionalism

• Experienced in court representation and interim contested hearings

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

• Contributing to business development and networking opportunities

Your caseload will include:

• Divorce and separation matters

• Private children work

• Financial remedy proceedings

• Cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements

Responsibilities of this Role

• Delivering excellent client service across a range of family law matters

• Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and within deadlines

• Maintaining the firm’s reputation for professionalism and high-quality advice

• Identifying opportunities for business development and contributing to the firm’s growth

Skills, Experience and Attributes

• Newly qualified or up to 3 years’ PQE in family law

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently

• A proactive approach to business development and networking

• A team player with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
