The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy processes, and settlement agreements
• Employment Tribunal work, from initial response to advocacy and hearing preparation
• Drafting employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation
• Advising businesses and individuals on TUPE, restructures, dismissals, and discrimination claims
• Supporting business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships across a range of sectors

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (PQE level flexible as a guide) with experience in employment law
• Strong communication and advisory skills with a client-focused approach
• Able to handle matters independently with confidence and good judgement
• Commercially aware and able to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic about further developing your expertise
