The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate planning and inheritance tax advice
• Probate and estate administration
• Court of Protection and elderly client work
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client work
• STEP qualification or working towards it is advantageous but not essential
