The Role
You will handle a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
• Advising clients on procurement strategies, project structuring, and risk management
• Working closely with real estate, corporate, and finance teams on development and infrastructure projects
• Supporting clients across sectors including energy, transport, healthcare, and commercial property
• Assisting with business development and mentoring junior lawyers
