A leading Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a talented and experienced Property Litigation Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team. The Role
You will advise a wide range of clients, including major developers, investors, commercial landlords and tenants, and high-net-worth individuals. Your work will include:

• Managing complex property litigation cases relating to commercial and residential property
• Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, and possession claims
• Handling boundary disputes, easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants
• Supporting mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes
• Supervising junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in property litigation (as a guide)
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential property disputes
• Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Ambitious and motivated, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
