The Role
You will handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New build and shared ownership transactions
• Advising and liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
