The Role

You will advise a wide range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates, on matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint ventures and partnerships
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Corporate restructuring and governance
• Commercial contracts and general business law support

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and help grow client relationships within the region.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with corporate and/or commercial experience (PQE levels flexible as a guide)
• Strong technical ability and excellent drafting skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to deliver practical solutions to clients
• Strong client care and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a forward-thinking team
