The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including:

• Employer’s liability, public liability, and occupier’s liability claims
• Road traffic accident claims (non-RTA portal)
• Serious injury and high-value cases
• Conducting matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
• Liaising with medical experts, counsel, and insurers
