The Role

You will take responsibility for overseeing the firm’s compliance framework, including:

• Managing all regulatory and risk management policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations
• Overseeing AML, data protection, and client onboarding processes
• Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
• Delivering compliance training to staff at all levels
• Advising senior management on regulatory developments and best practice
