An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trusts Manager to join a well-regarded boutique law firm based in Kent. Known for its personalised approach and loyal client base, the firm offers a collaborative environment and high-quality work across private client services.

This is a key position within the team, ideal for someone with strong experience in trust administration, a proactive attitude, and a desire to make a real impact in a growing and supportive firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of trusts, including discretionary, life interest, and charitable trusts
• Preparing trust accounts and tax returns, and liaising with HMRC
• Overseeing annual compliance, distributions, and trust reviews
• Working closely with solicitors, clients, and financial advisors
• Supporting the private client team on estate planning and related tax matters

About you:

• Strong experience in trust administration (legal or accountancy background considered)
• Good working knowledge of trust taxation and reporting requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
