We are working with a highly respected Legal 500 firm in Hampshire that is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a standout opportunity for a solicitor with corporate experience to work on high-quality transactions in a collaborative and flexible environment offering excellent career progression.

The Role

You will manage and support a wide variety of corporate transactions and advisory work, including:

• Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• Shareholder and joint venture agreements
• Company restructuring and reorganisation
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Venture capital and private equity matters
• Advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and large corporates

You’ll work directly with Partners and senior team members, gaining valuable exposure and responsibility from the outset.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor 5 PQE
• Experience in a broad range of corporate matters
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and client-focused
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
