The Role

You will work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad mix of contentious property matters, including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals, breaches, and terminations
• Possession claims
• Boundary and right of way disputes
• Development-related claims
• Dilapidations and property management issues

You’ll be encouraged to take responsibility for your own matters with supervision, while developing client relationships and contributing to team growth.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE considered) with a seat or experience in property litigation
• Strong communication and analytical skills
