Corporate Associate – Oxfordshire

A well-established and growing law firm in Oxfordshire is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ideally 2+ PQE) to join their reputable Corporate team. The Role:

You’ll work on a broad range of corporate transactions for clients ranging from start-ups to established SMEs and national businesses. Responsibilities will include:

• Handling mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate restructures, and private equity work.
• Advising clients across sectors including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing.
• Supporting or leading transactions with the opportunity to take on more responsibility quickly.
• Playing a key role in business development and client relationship management

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX, ideally with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Commercial mindset and a proactive approach to teamwork and development.
