Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

PQE Required: 2+ Years

The Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Client Solicitor to join a well-regarded and progressive law firm in Berkshire. You will be joining a supportive team that handles a broad range of private client matters, offering high-quality work and a genuine work-life balance.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Estate administration and Probate

• Trusts and tax planning

• Court of Protection matters

• Advising HNW individuals and families

You’ll have regular client contact and the autonomy to manage your files while receiving ongoing support from more senior team members when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client law

• Strong technical skills across the full range of private client matters

• Exceptional attention to detail and a client-focused approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential

• A proactive, organised, and team-oriented mindset
