The Role:

• Manage your own residential caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
• Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and oversee the full conveyancing process.
• Regularly liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice on a range of property-related issues.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Confident in managing a varied caseload independently.
• Sound knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Clear communicator with a client-first approach.
• Well-organised, detail-focused, and commercially minded.
