About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Lawyer to join a well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm based in Kent. This role is suited to an experienced and technically strong lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential for progression into a leadership or partnership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney
• Advising a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring full compliance with legal, professional and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in private client law
• Strong technical expertise and excellent drafting skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to client service
• Experience managing complex estates and trusts
• STEP qualification preferred (or working towards)
• Proven leadership or team management experience is an advantage
