Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with the utmost professionalism.
• Represent clients in family law matters, including attending hearings and negotiations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop the family law department and expand the firm’s client base.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Family Law.
• Experience in handling a range of family law matters, including complex cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
