About the Role:
As a Junior Residential Property Lawyer, you will handle a variety of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions. You will work closely with experienced solicitors and provide clients with top-quality legal advice, ensuring smooth transactions and an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.
• Provide legal advice and support on property-related matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure efficient progression of cases.
• Develop strong client relationships, providing clear and proactive updates throughout the transaction process.
• Work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to more complex matters as your experience grows.

About You:

• Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years PQE in Residential Property Law.
• Strong interest and passion for residential property and an eagerness to develop further in the field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing your caseload.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
