• Drafting and negotiating a variety of property-related documents, including contracts, leases, and development agreements.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to provide seamless client service.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property law and industry trends.

• 1+ years PQE in commercial property law, with a solid understanding of the core areas of practice.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
