The Role:
As a Private Client Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, advising clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and other related private client matters. You will provide sensitive and expert guidance throughout the legal process, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service. Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on matters such as estate planning, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Managing probate and estate administration, including distributing assets and handling inheritance matters.
• Providing guidance on tax and succession planning.
• Drafting and reviewing key legal documents, including wills and trusts.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
• Managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE
• Strong experience in private client law, particularly in wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
• A client-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
