About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Partner to lead and further develop a dynamic team. This is a key role where you’ll have the chance to influence the firm’s strategic direction in insolvency and restructuring matters, while driving growth and innovation within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Insolvency and Restructuring team, providing support and guidance to junior lawyers.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice.

• Provide expert legal advice and representation on a wide array of insolvency and restructuring issues.

• Manage complex, high-value cases with meticulous attention to detail.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 10 years PQE in insolvency and restructuring law.

• Proven leadership experience, with a successful track record of team management and development.

• Extensive experience handling complex and diverse insolvency and restructuring matters.

• Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and expand the client base.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
