Role Overview:
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at this renowned firm, you will work on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, handling cases for high-profile clients across various sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including high-value disputes.
• Advise clients on complex commercial disputes, including contract disagreements, shareholder actions, and professional negligence claims.
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, and mediations, ensuring their interests are effectively protected.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, settlement agreements, and witness statements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, strategic advice and ensuring excellent client service.
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated legal solutions.
• Stay up to date with developments in commercial litigation law and apply your expertise to cases.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong experience handling a range of commercial disputes in a reputable law firm.
• Knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, strategic legal advice.
• A proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
