Job Description:

Award winning firm seeking an experienced Trust and Tax Solicitor to join their prestigious team in Kent. The successful candidate will have a strong background in trust and tax law, with a proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on trust and tax matters to a diverse client base.
• Draft and review legal documents related to trusts, estates, and tax planning.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes in trust and tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with other solicitors and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Represent clients in court, if necessary, and handle any disputes or litigation related to trust and tax issues.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in trust and tax law.
• Strong knowledge of UK trust and tax legislation.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
