COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR – LEGAL 500 FIRM – HERTFORDSHIRE
Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2 year + PQE)
This is a fantastic role with a highly regarded Hertfordshire based firm. The successful Litigation candidate will join their thriving firm, within their extensive, highly reputable, and expanding department
You will be expected to advise on a range of commercial litigation matters to include contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate and property litigation
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 PQE+ up to a Senior level. In addition to this, they will be a proficient lawyer with demonstrable skills in client care and a proven desire to exceed client expectations
You will be required to advise and interview clients, keep files in good order, deal with client queries, comply with quality standards and support the growth of the department as a whole
